Live Webinars: Cancellation/Refund Policy

Live Webinars: Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to the webinar session. A full refund, less $25 processing fee will be granted through this date, or the registrant may elect to receive a recorded version of the session after the webinar has occurred. Substitutions may be made by letter or email.

Exceptions may be made for registrants unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. inclement weather or illness). Once a webinar is underway, you and/or your institution are responsible for the webinar registration fee.

GxP Conferences, LLC. reserves the right to cancel webinar events. If an event is cancelled by GxP Conferences, LLC. a full refund or credit for a future webinar session will be issued to each paid registrant.

Refunds will normally be processed within 20 days following the webinar session and in the same manner in which payment was originally received.
